Guiding you toward clarity, peace and connection.

Our services

We offer emotionally focused therapy for couples, individuals, families and teens. Our work is grounded in attachment science and guided by the belief that emotions are meaningful signals, not problems to eliminate. Therapy is paced, collaborative, and focused on creating safety, understanding, and connection.

Couples

Most couples come to therapy not because they don’t care, but because they feel stuck in painful cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding.

Emotionally Focused Therapy helps couples identify these negative interaction patterns and understand the emotions and attachment needs underneath them. Rather than assigning blame, the focus is on creating new emotional experiences that foster safety, trust, and connection.

Teens

Adolescence is a time of rapid emotional, relational, and developmental change. Many teens struggle with intense emotions, anxiety, identity questions, or feeling misunderstood by adults around them.

EFT-informed teen therapy prioritizes emotional safety and connection. Therapy supports teens in understanding and expressing emotions while helping caregivers strengthen supportive, responsive relationships when appropriate.

Individuals

You may be feeling overwhelmed by emotions, self-critical, anxious, or disconnected — from yourself or from others.

From an emotionally focused perspective, these experiences often reflect unmet needs for safety, understanding, or connection. Individual therapy focuses on helping you make sense of emotional patterns, develop greater self-compassion, and build internal and relational security

Families

Family life can be full of love, but it can also come with stress, conflict, and misunderstandings. Therapy provides a safe space to explore how family members relate to each other, understand underlying emotions, and build healthier patterns of connection. Using an emotionally focused approach, I work with families to improve communication, strengthen bonds, and support each member in feeling seen, heard, and valued. Over time, families often experience greater understanding, cooperation, and emotional closeness
