Meet Your Therapist
Anna Kemp
Many individuals come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of disconnection, emotional overwhelm, or uncertainty about how to move forward. You may feel drained, misunderstood, caught in cycles of conflict, or unsure how to reconnect with yourself or those you care about most.
I use a compassionate, emotionally focused approach to help clients slow things down, understand their emotional experiences, and identify the deeper needs beneath surface struggles. Together, we work to shift unhelpful patterns and create new, more supportive ways of relating — to yourself and to others. Over time, clients often feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally connected in their lives and relationships.
Experience:
Anna is a graduate student completing her Master’s in Counselling. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work and draws from training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She supports individuals, couples, teens, and families through challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, relationship conflict, life transitions, and emotional disconnection.
As a wife and mother, Anna understands how life’s stressors, changing roles, and responsibilities can quietly impact emotional wellbeing and relationships. She is committed to creating a calm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
